As we state in other sections of our web site - we are cabinet and countertop specialists. We know these industries inside and out and we consider ourselves experts in these two areas. However, there are many other ways in which we can assist you. Some of these are by way of referral to our business partners, and others are by our project management of other aspects of your project. Here are a few additional services we can offer.

Remodeling

At CMJ Cabinets we are not general contractors. Our license limits us to cabinets, countertops, doors, moldings, and all other types of carpentry and case work. We do however have an excellent business partner whom is a licensed general contractor and performs all of our remodeling tasks for us. These include; flooring, framing, plumbing, drywall and texture, electrical and lighting, and much more.

We are always happy to work with your contractors as well. In fact, we have forged some long term relationships by doing so in the past.

Appliances

We can assist you in obtaining builder pricing for your appliances through our business partners. We are not appliance experts by any means, so you need to consult with qualified sales representatives to get the best advise. We can however make suggestions and guide you through the selection process. Very often we help clients make appliance decisions based on the layout of their kitchens.

When purchasing new appliances we recommend you have them installed from the place of purchase - this way the manufacturer's warranty is sure to be in place.

During remodel work we can reinstall all existing appliances.

We also offer value packages of appliances for clients who want us to handle all the details. In these cases we discuss the level of quality that is desired and find the best values we can for the job.
